This was sent to me in an email and I thought it is a very pertinent law that is uppermost in our minds concerning Syrian immigrants being allowed into our country. It sounds like to me that all the states and their governors could stop any Syrians or Muslims to come into their state until the mid east fiasco is finally resolved. Send this to your governor and as many congressmen as you can contact by email or letter.

When I was Dean of Continuing Education at Ricker College in Northern Maine from 1976 to 1979 The college had recruited a bunch of Iranian students to fill the new dorms they had built during the Vietnam War for students trying to avoid the draft. After that conflict ended, they needed to fill those dorms, thus the Iranians. President Carter had many of them kicked out of the country in 1979. The college lost quite a few of those students. I am not sure I agree with all of this e-mail post, but amazing how the Obama regime can ignore history when it is convenient for them!

It's been law for over 60 years...  Interesting Bit of Legislative History - McCarran-Walter Act of 1952

  

Trump was recently severely criticized for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities, and even people of certain religions (Muslims).  

The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being “Un-American,” dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist.  

  

Congressmen and Senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our (Muslim) president called such a prohibition on immigration 'unconstitutional'. 

  

Well, as Gomer Pyle would say, “Surprise, Surprise!”  

It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions. 

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, (the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952) allows for the "Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president.  Whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.” 

  

The act was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States,  but he actually did more.  He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch.  Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States in 1979. 

  

It is of note that the act requires that an applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and "attached to the principles of the Constitution.” Since the Quran forbids Muslims to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, all Muslims should be refused immigration.

Many people have wondered from the beginning, is his birth certificate fraudulent?  There is sufficient proof today that it is fraudulent. When you search the Internet you will find the following links dealing with his birth certificate.

The first one I heard about which was written up in the Star Newspaper lays out these three facts:  1) Obama was born in 1961, but the hospital he was supposed to be born in was not created until 1978. The two hospitals joined in a merger & that was supposed to be the hospital where he was born.  2) on his birth certificate his father was from Kenya. In 1961 Kenya was a British colony was called the Republic of Kenya.  3) in the birth certificate Obama's father was listed as African, like we call people African Americans today.   But in 1961 black people were referred to as Negroes.


Sheriff Joe  Opaio formed a cold case posse made up of 25 lawyers and 25 ex-lawmen. After studying and analyzing for six months both his birth certificate and his Social Security card, they determined both  were fraudulent. They also found that his birth certificate contain eight layers of data. In 1961 we were using copy machines with a roll of treated paper. Computers weren't even around then. His Social Security card was issued from a state he was never in.
