You see, after I looked into the 20th century temperature record, I come across an astonishing discovery.

I found there was an up and down pattern that had nothing to do with the industrial revolution's upward march of carbon dioxide emissions.

Instead, the cycle followed an up and down pattern of naturally caused climate courses.

You see, every 25 to 30 years the oceans undergo a natural cycle where the colder water below churns to replace the warmer water at the surface.

For instance, temperatures dropped steadily from the late 1940s to the late 1970s.

Ironically back then there was hysteria about a coming ice age!

However, the situation took a turn in the late 70s. That's when temperatures started rising.

And they kept their ascent until the late 90s.

Then the Earth entered another temperature drop-off cycle.

But contrary to the real climate science, in 2000, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, predicted that global temperatures would RISE by 1 degree Celsius by 2010.

You can see the result with your own eyes in the following chart.

Not only did temperatures not rise, they actually dropped by well over a degree.

And they'll continue to drop for another 15 years or so.

And yet, global warming seems to be politicians' favorite scapegoat.

However, as I soon discovered, it's only a camouflage – a distraction – used to set the scene of what I think will be a massive depopulation plan that will engulf the entire country within the next 12 months.

Which leads me to the 2^nd Omen of Doom: WAR.

But not the kind you have in mind.

In the war I'm talking about, no bullets were fired… no bombs were dropped… no troops were deployed…

And even though the battle still rages and millions will die because of it…

Only a handful of people are aware of its sweeping consequences on the US population.

I'm talking about weather warfare.

Although almost never mentioned in the debates on climate change, the weather can be modified using advanced electromagnetic weaponry.

Here in America, the weather modification program is over 70 years old.

Back in the 50s and 60s, Life Magazine, went on a frenzy covering US weather modification programs.

One of their biggest stories was on "Project Stormfury" which redirected and reduced hurricane intensity from 1962 to 1983.

The following article reads: "To whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that it is the intent of the Water Resources Development Corporation […] to engage in operations to modify natural precipitation by artificial means […]."

And that's not all.

During the Vietnam War, the US military seeded clouds with both silver and lead iodide, in order to extend the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh trail.

And the US military has been on a continuous path of improving and developing new weapons to include in their weather warfare arsenal ever since.

One of their biggest breakthroughs came with the creation of "stratospheric aerosol geoengineering" (SAG).

Allegedly, this geoengineering patent has a stated goal of slowing down global warming.

But if we know for a fact that global warming is a hoax, what are the true purposes of these geoengineering programs?

Look, for anyone who has closely tracked the crazy weather patterns that caused the drought, it should be very obvious that something is very wrong.

Western states receive most of their precipitation during winter months.

For instance, California's snowpack stores 15 million acre-feet of water.

That's more than California's cities use in 1 year.

But ever since the drought has started, the snowpack has been on a constant decline.

The situation has become so dramatic that this year's level is at only 5% of the average.

So like any investigator would do, I asked a few weather experts who happened to be residents of the most drought-stricken areas: "What changed?"

But all of them gave me the same answer: nothing.

The winter storm fronts that brought in the precipitation were still there.

However, 2 days before the storms were supposed to hit, something weird would happen.

As if a magician would cast a spell, the storm fronts would all vanish into thin air, like they never even existed in the first place.

How was this possible?

It was not global warming.

And definitely not high carbon emissions or any of that nonsense.

The answer came from a small farmer in Tahoe City, California.

He too noticed an unusual patter that emerged immediately after the weather channel announced a storm front to pass through.

He told me that right when rain clouds began gathering, he'd start hearing jet engines.

Soon after, that area would end up receiving absolutely no rain (even though predicted) or a very negligible amount.

Plus, when clouds broke up, the air would usually have a strange, opaque white cast to it.

You may know this phenomenon by the name of "chemtrails."

They're the result of millions of tons of highly toxic metal Nano particulates released into the atmosphere from the US Navy jet aircrafts.

It's the reason why I firmly state that our government is the one who intentionally created this unparalleled water crisis.

The grid pattern spraying for toxic aerosols over the Pacific could not be more obvious.

Now let's take a look at how that spraying affects America.

This map was published by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration – or NOAA.

It shows an unprecedented pattern of precipitation.

While almost the entire country is shown at an above normal level, the Western US looks like it has a "bullseye" of below normal rainfall predicted.

You see, in today's America, the ones controlling the weather modification programs dictate who gets rain and who doesn't.

Does this seem natural to you?

The Western US fires and dries while the Eastern US gets the exact opposite.

The big question is: why?

Before I go ahead and give you the answer to that question, I need to expose the 3^rd and final Omen of Doom: BETRAYAL.

Look: both Obama and his Administration are nothing but puppets on a string…

Controlled by a far bigger power, serving one real purpose.

The implementation of AGENDA 21.

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive blueprint of global, national, and local actions implemented by organizations of the UN, governments, and major groups in every area in which humans, allegedly harm the environment.

In truth, this UN-led program aims to spawn authoritarian states where individuals are stripped of all personal rights and freedoms.

Does that sound familiar to what's happening inside the US now?

The liberties for which our Founding Fathers fought and shed blood are vanishing by the day.

All while most Americans lull themselves into a collective coma with Dancing With the Stars or America's Got Talent.

Agenda 21 is real. And it's being implemented right before our very eyes.

Respected people have been shouting about it for a while now.

Take Sen. Ted Cruz's father, Rafael.

He went on public with his statement in which he blames the United Nations and their Agenda 21 for the Western Drought.

"Have any of you heard of Agenda 21? Agenda 21 is all about confiscation of private property. It's all about the worship of Mother Earth. They've created a drought in southern California to save a little fish, a little minnow."

You see, Rafael Cruz, found out what was going on way before I did.

But he's not the only one to bring up Agenda 21 in his speech.

Republican state Senator, Joni Ernst has raised fears that Agenda 21 could lead to moving people off of their land and telling them they no longer have property rights anymore.

And that's not all.

In 2012 the Republican National Committee drafted a resolution opposing Agenda 21.

They called it "a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control."

So what's Agenda 21 got to do with the artificially engineered Western Drought?

The answer is: everything.

Because Agenda 21's plans for America look like this:

All the red areas on the map are "Core Reserves and Corridors" – not meant for human use.

And as you see, the whole Western US is overflowing with them.

The only zones that will be habitable are the ones within the turquoise territory – from the Eastern part of the US.

California governor, Jerry Brown said it himself that California - the biggest populated state in the US - is only fit to sustain 300,000 people.

So what's to happen to the rest 38,7 million?

Because despite the historic drought conditions, the Western US could still be overflowing with water…

But in 21st century America, a minnow-bait fish is more important to the government than all those things combined.

It's because of this fish, hundreds of millions of gallons of fresh water from the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta are squandered.

And I'm all for saving animals.

But we're talking about a fish no bigger than your middle finger that contributes to nothing to the great scheme of things on the planet.

One that the government has put above the people it's supposed to serve and protect.

Because of this fish, the water that could sustain 4.4 million families gets squandered.

All while good folks from poorer communities literally don't have water coming out of their taps anymore.

And let's not forget how Jerry Brown's 25% mandatory water reduction only affects home water users and small businesses…

All while greedy, lobbying Corporations are literally leaving America bone-dry.

And they're making mammoth profits out of it too.

For instance, billionaire farmer, Stewart Resnick, bragged about record profits and record production in water-intensive crops like pistachios, almonds, or alfalfa.

In case you didn't know, 80% of this country's water resources goes to Big Ag.

Let's not forget Nestle.

Despite historic drought conditions, Obama allowed them to drain water from OUR aquifers and sell it back to us at colossal profits for them.

I mean, a 2,5 gallon jug cost $13!

You know how much it costs them to pump OUR water out of OUR ground?

All the actions taken by our government support the same dire outcome: depopulation.

The reality is, to the elites we're nothing but "useless eaters."

That's what they're calling us.

Until now they needed us.

They needed someone to pick the crops, paint the houses, and basically run the economy.

But now, with the advancement of technology, a robot can do the job of 5 people, 5x faster.

And it doesn't even need a paycheck.

These robots have already started taking away our jobs.

You know this too well.

It's the biggest reasons why as many as 30 million Americans are either out of work or severely "underemployed."

To the rich and powerful, all these people are considered "a burden."

And what better way to get rid of this "burden" if not by taking away our water?

According to NASA scientist Jay Famiglietti, California only has a one year supply of water remaining.

Can you imagine what it will be like when people will open their taps and instead of water, dust will come out?

We're running out of time here.

Unless a miracle happens, one year from now, the whole USA will no longer have a public water supply.

The only water that'll be left will be controlled by the elites and their Big Corporations.

The water you're now paying 13 bucks for 2,5 gallons will soon cost 10 – 20 – perhaps 50x as much.

And what do you think people will do when they'll no longer be able to afford a basic, yet crucial item as water?

You can bet your bottom dollar that people all around America will come out and riot.

The situation will become so desperate, they'll even start fighting and killing each other over a sip of water.

Most will simply die of thirst.

Plenty of others will get crammed up by Obama's militarized police in FEMA concentration camps.

This might look taken out of a Hollywood scenario, but it's what I think the elites have been silently preparing for us.

The McCarran-Walter Act of 1952

This was sent to me in an email and I thought it is a very pertinent law that is uppermost in our minds concerning Syrian immigrants being allowed into our country. Maybe all the states and their governors could stop any Syrians or Muslims to come into their state until the mid east fiasco is finally resolved, which may be years. When I was Dean of Continuing Education at Ricker College in Northern Maine from 1976 to 1979 The college had recruited a bunch of Iranian students to fill the new dorms they had built during the Vietnam War for students trying to avoid the draft. After that conflict ended, they needed to fill those dorms, thus the Iranians. President Carter had many of them kicked out of the country in 1979. The college lost quite a few of those students. I am not sure I agree with all of this e-mail post, but amazing how the Obama regime can ignore history when it is convenient for them!

It's been law for over 60 years... Interesting Bit of Legislative History - McCarran-Walter Act of 1952



Trump was recently severely criticized for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities, and even people of certain religions (Muslims).

The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being “Un-American,” dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist.



Congressmen and Senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our (Muslim) president called such a prohibition on immigration 'unconstitutional'.



Well, as Gomer Pyle would say, “Surprise, Surprise!”

It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, (the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952) allows for the "Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president. Whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”



The act was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more.  He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States in 1979.



It is of note that the act requires that an applicant for immigration must be of good moral character and "attached to the principles of the Constitution.” Since the Quran forbids Muslims to swear allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, technically, all Muslims should be refused immigration.

Hillary is bought and paid for by them, MUSLIMS!

According to the Beaumont newspaper and reports from a couple of Beaumont TV stations this really happened. (January 6, 2016)

Hillary Clinton made a campaign stop yesterday in Beaumont, Texas. Only six people were there to greet her.

Her security detail outnumbered her supporters by quite a bit. She wouldn’t talk, wave to or even acknowledge those there to greet her. As bad as that is, it’s not the real story here.

The real story is who she took a private meeting with. After landing, Clinton headed off to a fundraiser in West Beaumont, where she was greeted by around 150-200 Muslims, most of whom were of Pakistani origin.

The event was held by Pakistani businessman Tahir Javed and Hillary raised approximately $500,000 by pandering to Muslims, making it “one of the top five private fundraisers Clinton has had in this country.”

She’s bought and paid for by them.

Gov. Rick Scott and First Lady Ann Scott

Florida Gov. Rick Scott has an undisclosed financial interest in a Zika mosquito control company in which his wife, Florida First Lady Ann Scott, owns a multi-million dollar stake through a private investment firm she co-owns.

The company is Mosquito Control Services LLC of Metairie, LA. According to its web site, MCS “is a fully-certified team of mosquito control experts – licensed throughout the Gulf Coast, including Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.”

On June 23, Gov. Scott signed an executive order allocating $26.2 million in state emergency funds for Zika preparedness, including “mosquito surveillance and abatement, training for mosquito control technicians and enhanced laboratory capacity.”

It is not known whether MCS, whose services include monitoring and aerial spraying, stands to benefit from Florida government funds. Company manager Steven Pavlovich holds an active Florida “public health applicator” license with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services through April 2019, but MCS is not a registered state vendor. The Department of Health contracts with two other two mosquito control vendors.

MCS did not respond to two requests for comment.

Ann Scott’s large stake in MCS is via G. Scott Capital Partners, an investment firm that boasts $291 million of client assets. The firm manages several private equity funds and various “family accounts primarily comprised of trusts and family entities,” according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission records.

The Florida Bulldog reported in 2014 that Scott Capital, as it is known online, is operated by a trio of men who once worked at Richard L. Scott Investments, the private equity firm where Gov. Scott made millions for himself and his family putting together big-money investment deals when he was in the private sector.

Scott Capital posts its portfolio online. All nine listed companies are current and former investments of the governor and/or Mrs. Scott, including Mosquito Control Services, described as providing “mosquito abatement services primarily to municipalities.”

The SEC requires investment companies like G. Scott Capital Partners to file periodic disclosure reports. The firm’s most recent report, filed in March, shows that the three-employee, Connecticut-based firm caters to a handful of high net worth individuals – less than 25 – who invest directly and through various pooled investment funds.

A mosquito control investment

The firm’s latest fund is GS MCS, LLC, a Delaware company formed two years ago this month to recapitalize and take control of Mosquito Control Services. The current value of the fund is just under $10 million and the fund has nine beneficial owners, SEC records say. The owners’ names were not disclosed.

The managing director of G. Scott Capital Partners is Gregory D. Scott – no relation to Gov. Scott. He directs the firm’s investments, as he did when he led the private equity group at Richard L. Scott Investments from 2000 to 2012.

Gregory Scott owns 50 to 75 percent of the Delaware holding company that owns 100 percent of G. Scott Capital, according to the SEC. The First Lady owns the rest through the Frances Annette Scott Revocable Trust, which owns Tally 1, a Delaware company that in turn owns 25 to 50 percent of G. Scott Holdings LLC.

Gregory Scott has described Ann Scott, an interior decorator and owner of AS Interiors LLC, as a “passive investor” in G. Scott Capital.

Gov. Scott has not disclosed his ownership interest in his wife’s investments. Florida law, unlike federal law, does not require state public officers to disclose the assets or income of a spouse or minor child.

The governor’s office on Tuesday declined to discuss the matter or make Gov. Scott or the First Lady available for an interview.

The Republican governor, a multimillionaire, puts his personal investments in a “qualified blind trust” that his office has described as being overseen by “an independent financial professional.” Florida public officers who use such a trust to “blind” themselves to the nature of their holdings get in exchange immunity from prohibited conflicts of interest under a law that Gov. Scott signed in 2013.

FloridaBulldog.org has reported, however, that the person overseeing Gov. Scott’s trust is yet another former employee at Richard L. Scott Investments and that the trust has been ineffective in keeping the governor’s assets secret.

When Gov. Scott opened his current blind trust in 2014 – the second of his administration – he was required to disclose the assets he put into it. His current mix of assets is not known, but the Florida Bulldog reported last year that the blind trust has in the past coordinated stock transactions with the First Lady’s trust a family partnership.

The Solantic transfer

When Gov. Scott took office in 2011, he transferred tens of millions of dollars in assets to his wife, including a $62-million investment in the walk-in clinic chain Solantic. Mrs. Scott reportedly sold the family’s stake in Solantic that same year.

Gov. Scott’s transfer of his Solantic shares came amid an uproar about perceived conflicts of interest. Florida ethics laws generally prohibit public officials from having an ownership interest in companies that do business with the state or are subject to state regulation.

In 2013, Gov. Scott had an undisclosed ownership stake in Houston-based Spectra Energy when Florida’s Public Service Commission – five members appointed by Gov. Scott – unanimously approved construction of the controversial $3-billion Sabal Trail natural gas pipeline by a joint venture of Spectra and NextEra Energy, parent of Florida Power & Light.

The governor’s investment in Spectra became known about a year later when he filed a lengthy list of his assets as of Dec. 31, 2013 when he closed his original blind trust and opened a new one while qualifying to run for re-election.

FloridaBulldog.org reported in July 2014 that Gov. Scott’s list included a $53,000 stake in Spectra Energy and a $55,000 stake in DCP Midstream Partners, a natural-gas limited partnership 50 percent owned by Spectra Energy.

The governor’s investments included numerous other oil and gas assets, including a $712,000 stake in Texas-based Energy Transfer and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Through other subsidiaries, giant Energy Transfer owns a 50 percent interest in the Florida Gas Transmission pipeline, which delivers nearly 65 percent of the natural gas consumed in Florida.

Gov. Scott has had other conflicting investments.

FloridaBulldog.org reported in February that in 2012 Scott owned a $210,000 stake in the private equity firm that owned 21st Century Oncology when the all-Republican governing board of taxpayer-supported Broward Health awarded the company an unprecedented 25-year, no-bid contract to supply radiation oncology services. The governor appoints Broward Health’s board members.

A Scott spokeswoman has said the governor wasn’t aware that 21st Century had sought the Broward Health contract prior to its award in January 2012 and that no one at the private equity firm, Vestar Capital Partners, or 21st Century had asked him to try to influence the hospital district’s selection process.

I certainly hope South Floridians learn a value lesson about not showing up at the polls. Unfortunately its going to be a few more years before we can vote for an environmentally responsible governor. As a charter fishing boat captain in South Florida I certainly see and feel the negative effects of this disaster.
